I have read and agree to the terms and regulations as set forth below.

• I agree not to hold The Meadows Antique Shows, Inc. responsible for any personal injury or property loss.

• I agree to gladly refund any merchandise sold if there is any question or doubt that it is not as represented.

• I agree to abide by the rules and recommendations of the operator and setup their booth by the time indicated by the promoter and to disassemble at the end of the show period.

• I understand that no pets are allowed.

• I will not injure, mar, or deface any part of said space and shall deliver it in as good and reasonably clean condition as when first occupied by them.

• I will abide by rules of Police and Fire Departments.
